France Ceres - Could Use Some ID Help Please

Unsure of identification.

I believe this has the cancel and the dots on face that point to 1849-50 issue. The color is darker than I would think. Could this be a Scott #6a or #6b?


Not sure about this one either. Looks like a Bordeaux printing. Letters in the top label seem a bit larger, so I am leaning to Scott #45. I suppose it could also be French Colonies, but I'm guessing not.
