So far, I've been able to surely identify 1,733 cancel-places on stamps from Norway. However, here are four that I can't be sure of. Would be giving thanks at this time for some help in solving these puzzles.
What I think I can read so far on them:
1. BARMANFJO??
2. ??E HJARTDAL
3. ??OKKE OMDE??
4. VESTS?? with, at bottom, the beginning of a postal code: 390?

Two fewer post offices in Hitra this year. 7255 Barmanfjord and 7235 Sørhitra were closed.

The postcode 390* in 1975 was for Porsgrunn. This has a Vestsida. The postcode for Vestsmøla would have been 6580.

Yes, it is:

The third one, most likely is STOKKE OMDE??

The second one is in YTRE HJARTDAL.

Those are three:

BARMANSFJORDEN
YTRE HJARTDAL
???? Very likely a cancel used in STOKKE (might OMDE... be a service or purpose?)
VESTSIDA - 3900 PORSGRUNN

And another one from NSK!
Google translates "OMDE" from Norwegian as "ABOUT". So maybe Stokke Omde means Stokke Area?

What year was that third stamp issued. It looks modern and might be from the POSTNORD era.

It appears it should be a little longer than just OMDE. I have been thinking about something like OMDELAND or whatever the Norwegian might be for surrounds, but I have a suspicion OMDE... might be a service cancellation (parcels, inspection, bulk mail, that kind of stuff).

OMDELING? Distribution.

Guess that one might remain hard to ID. Global Gazetteer lists a STOKKE in seven different regions of Norway.
Thank you NSK and Vayolene!

The word is most probably "OMDELING" which is the Norwegian word for delivery(by postman)

That is what I think as well. The item may have been sent to Stokke and, probably, escaped cancellation until it was received at the delivery office in Stokke.
