Doubt About The First And Second Tunisian Issues

I need your help to resolve a doubt about the first and second Tunisian issues. The first issue is signed by the designer Casse, and the retouched second issue is signed by the designer Casse and the French engraver Mouchon. My question is, was the first issue also engraved by Mouchon?

According to SG the July 1888 printing (first) is credited solely to Casse with all reprints credited to both.
