Wanted: Canadian Map Stamp Plating Study Vol 1-4 Book (S)

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a book with the following title: The Canadian 1898 Christmas Map Stamp, A definitive plating study.

This is the vol 1-4 compilation in one book, from Kenneth A. Kershaw and Roger Boisclair. I've been trying to find it everywhere, but it's available absolutely nowhere.

I would really like, if anyone have it, to buy or trade it. Also, if you don't have the 4 volumes in one book version but the 4 volumes separately, I would also be really happy.

I already bought it there, then I heard it was only available on backorder and that I had to wait the new book order to arrive to the store so I waited, but after a month, nothing happened, got no feedback, and it was still available on backorder only. I contacted the seller, got no feedback again, so I ended up getting a refund.

So I'm looking for someone who have it.
