OK, I've looked all over Scott and Forbin and can't find this one. I used google translate on the first word "TAMEION" and it translates to "TREASURY", so I'm assuming it's some kind of fiscal, tax or revenue stamp??

Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks, Ray
