Hi there all you stamp experts! So I've ended up with my grandfathers old stamp collection and I've found that I have Syngman Rhee stamps. The one is (I think a half sheet) of 30 1955 80th birthday anniversary in the blue color and the other is (agian I think a half sheet) of 25 1956 3rd term stamps in the brown color with 6 loose ones. They're all in good condition and unused.

I've looked up the prices for both myself finding one of the 1955 stamps goes for ~34.94 in mint and the 1956 going for about ~145 mint. Of course I have no clue if these are actually the prices people are buying them and I'd really like some advice on the value especially since they seem to be mint condition half sheets. I'd really like to sell them once I do land on a good price if I ever can and I really don't want to end up shorted. Any advice is greatly helpful! Thank you!

LastDodo quotes a price of € 150 for the 1956 one. That, probably, is a Michel price. It does not list the 1955 one.

The price, likely, is inflated. However, it does suggest the 1956 stamp, at least, is not cheap.

Note: it is a price quoted by LastDodo, not Michel. However, as hard as that site shouts it is not following Michel, most catalogue managers are Michel lapdogs. So, it, likely, is a Michel price.

For the sake of future searches and getting help from other people it would be great to at least use the issuing Country's name in the title and/or thread itself.

There are two recent ebay sales of the 1956 two stamp set in MNH condition. The selling price was in the $75 range for the complete set.

Mb! Didn't think about putting the country in the title. Ya I had a feeling the brown ones would be cheaper then the actual catalog prices. I think I'm gonna end up jist going to an actual appraiser since there are a few in the area I am.
