I reviewed prior posts regarding identifying this stamp and utilized the recommended StampSmarter step by step process. That yields a 5a. Since that is a high value stamp, I would appreciate some of the experts on this great site to opine.

Its a Ty II (#7), most likely from Plate 2.

You can see that the bottom ornaments are not nearly complete so not a 5a.

Thanks, Dudley. I guess "nearly" got me. I was reading "not complete" as the qualifier.
