I have a stamp that I cannot identify. It looks like Indonesia 428, 25 s but the color is a dull shade of green. Any help would be appreciated.

No idea what you are talking about. Scott is all but the standard for Indonesian stamps.

A picture would help. Apparently this stamp printed in an ink that contains lilac is what you are talking about:

The 20 sen is green.
