The China Stamp Society Specialized Catalogue says that the 8 cent New Peking Martyr of 1941 is a full millimeter wider than the original 1932 version of that design. But there's no mention of a similar difference of width for any other value.
So, are all the New Peking Martyrs wider than the originals?
