Hello, I've been away for a while. Now I'm back with a funny question concerning drawing g on a stamp on the shape of a possible state. This is US 7 cent Stanton stamp. I have attached an image for reference and advice. I would appreciate any help to be given. Thank you so much!

This cancel appears to be a partial strike of a circular geometric cancel similar to a New York Foreign Mail cancel (NYFM). The closest one listed in Weiss is the GE-EN3 or GE-EN7A.
