Who wouldn't have wanted this card in 1938? Has anyone ever seen or received stamp-related birthday cards?

Not seen one like that before. But I do have chipcorder ones, from late 90's, 6 all the same with original white envelopes, cards illustrated below, that are voice recordable, and when opened they play about a 12 second message. You can just barley see the activation lever and the red record/play button an the inside edge of right section of opened card. Write whatever message you want on card as well as recorded message. Nice thing is the battery tray can be removed and batteries replaced years later. Note the color is a lot more vivid but is quite washed in this LED lit area.

I have one that my Nephews sent me over 30yrs ago, and it still plays back their childrens voice. Nice memento .
