Greetings everyone, it's a pleasure to be here. Here's another one of the complete pages I bought some time ago.
I think there are some stamps that might put a smile on my face, depending on what you tell me.
The gentleman who sold me these stamps knew what he was doing, even though he made some mistakes, as you all have mentioned.
Lo que no se si eran de el o de otra persona.
Thank you so much for your help.

I agree.
Only a few of those look like perf 10, from a distance. With your perforation gauge you should be able to identify these versus the perf 11 set that you posted earlier pretty easily.
A couple of other obvious misplacements make it clear that this collector was more interested in filling spaces with any stamp that fits rather than getting the identification correct. The first stamp on the top row, for example, should be imperforate on all 4 sides, but this one has perforations on the left side. Likely this is a #597 coil with the perforations cut off the right side, it is not a 575.
Next, the 1 1/2 cent in the third row, it should have the same design as the 1 1/2 cent in the top row, with Harding facing left. Instead the one with the New York precancel has Harding facing forward, which is Scott #684 (which is perforated 11 x 10.5). So, not only is the design wrong, but the perforations wrong for that space. It is not worth your or anyone else's time to assume that any of the stamps placed in the more valuable positions on that page are properly identified.
Hope not to disappoint you, you can still have fun with a mixed up collection like this, but sorry to say you have not found a gold mine.

Only the two cent is perf 10. The 11x10 stamps are not correct either.

I find the Precision U.S. Specialty Multi-Gauge invaluable in identifying rotary press issues, tho you don't need it if you're good with measuring. It's also my favorite perf gauge.

Even I can tell the 1st stamp isn't imperferate.

I will add that if the gentleman "knew what he was doing" then what he was doing was ripping you off or at best being exceedingly lazy.

I wasn't disappointed at all; based on the comments on the first post, I expected this one to be the same.
I'm going to buy the Precision U.S. Specialty Multi-Gauge.

Thanks to everyone for your help.

Nothing against the Precision U.S. Specialty Multi-Gauge, but it is a Specialty gauge and may be overpowered for starting out. Like telling someone to buy a used Ferrari as their first car. Price aside, it adds complication and capabilities that will take a long time for the new driver to benefit from. I prefer the basic Unitrade Uni-Safe for daily use and only occasionally bring out the multi-gauge, usually for checking for reperfing. YMMV.

I hope you did not overpay for these. Considering the errors made with the errors and with this set, if

is the understatement of the century. You might consider avoiding that gentleman in the future.

There are a lot of crooks about in philately. Sadly, in Spain they appear to be more common than elsewhere.
