Can you give us a time frame, or some more guidance on what you are looking for?

Gibbons Commonwealth shows and prices octagonal cancels used on stamps of India, and then the double-ring-and-diamond duplexes that first started appearing in 1863 (Penang, #147; then Singapore, #172, in 1865).

Asia Volume 3 of Robson Lowe's Encyclopedia has many more cancels pictured, along with some general information about post offices.

the book I use is the Postal History of Malaya by Edward B. Proud. There are three volumes of this book. A lot of information about cancels, but also about tarifs to all kind of destinations.
I have made a scan of one page to give you an idea about the details provided in this book.
The ISBN number for vol 1 is 1 872465 35 8
