Canada has produced such stamps. They're listed in the Unitrade catalog with a CP prefix. Here's a scan of CP10 CP11 and CP!4. I purchased these in London ON back in 2013.
My 2023 Unitrade catalog has listings for Computer Vended stamps through 2020. I don't know if they're still being produced.
Vending machines for stamps have been around for more than a century. Many "coil stamps" come from such machines. Machines selling labels with variable values were introduced in Switzerland, in 1976. These printed the required amount on a blank label. The labels and machines were produced by FRAMA,
