Got these and 3 other similar sets in a collection purchase so I don't know exactly where they came from. Im guessing they are some sort of non postal stamp. Help me identify if you can please. Thanks

Could be tax stamps to fund mobilisation and modernisation of the Turkish army, issued in 1943.

From what I can find, there were tax stamps in 1941 and 1943, as well as a somewhat similar stamp set issued in 1949.
