Help Needed - Vladivostok City Government Hospital Fee Stamps

I am looking for someone who can provide catalogue references (barefoot) for the Vladivostok City Government Hospital Fee stamps. Online search reveals a green 1 ruble stamp from 1898. I have a red example from 1922 ?? shown here



Can someone provide catalogue references for this series of stamps.
I would like cat#, year issued, face value, color for all stamps in this series so I can make an album page for them.

The Barefoot Russia Revenues catalogue lists three values with the same design, all with face value of one ruble:

1. green & grey, typo (1898)
2. red & pink, typo (1917)
2a. red & pink, litho (1919)
