Liechtenstein To Resume US Shipping Of Stamps

This just in from Liechtenstein. Perhaps Switzerland will also reverse its political position and resume shipping new issues to the US!

Subject: Shipping to the USA Resumed – Your Reserved 2025 Annual Stamp Collection

Dear Customer,
After an interruption of more than a year, we are pleased to inform you that we have been able to resume shipping to the USA since September 2026.

Unfortunately, the shipping restrictions lasted considerably longer than originally expected. We sincerely apologise for the long waiting period and any inconvenience caused, and we greatly appreciate your patience.

During this time, we have reserved your 2025 annual stamp collection for you. As quite some time has passed, we would like to obtain your confirmation before shipping it.

Would you still like to receive your 2025 annual stamp collection and continue your subscription? Please confirm by replying to this email no later than 27 November 2026.

Once we receive your confirmation, we will arrange shipment of your 2025 annual stamp collection. Future subscription deliveries will then resume as usual.

If we do not receive a reply by 27 November 2026, we will cancel both your reserved 2025 annual stamp collection and your subscription. In this case, you will not receive the 2025 collection or any future subscription deliveries.

If you would prefer to receive only the 2025 annual stamp collection, or alternatively continue your subscription for future deliveries without receiving the 2025 collection, please let us know.

Why did they stop shipping?

Tariffs.
More specifically lack of clarity on implementation details for the collection of duties, lack of infrastructure to process new fees.

22 August 2025 Post Liechtenstein temporarily suspends all parcel services to the US, including deliveries without goods such as documents.

Protocols for general shipment of goods has been delayed, again.

General shipping of goods from Liechtenstein to USA has not resumed, though somehow the Post found an exception for stamps.
