This one is post-WWII, but looks to me like she is making ammunition...
(Maybe they are lanterns? Any other guesses?)

Thanks Rod...I see the rolls of silk thread now.

(Just to clarify: these were not my scans, but the scans posted by the seller. Not that it matters. Anyway, they're nice stamps, while there are still a few more new additions from Japan in my collection as well.)
