How can I remove the adhesive from the stamps ???? I would appriciate assistance

Generally you would not want to remove the adhesive gum from a stamp. Perhaps it would be helpful to know what stamp it is or see an image.

Are you saying that you want to get used stamps off an envelope, postcard, or whatever that they are stuck to?

Sub question:
Is there any date after which, one should not soak US?
What about
1.comics (lil abner, calvin hobbes, archie)?
2. biggest tallest,rainiest?
3. heroes? roy rogers , william hart etc
4. flags new mexico
5. animal rescue

will all those soak OK?
