I've come across an Newfoundland air mail stamp on ebay recently. it's C18a, an air mail stamp with an inverted surcharge. and it's selling for...232 125.00$ US

The fact is that this particular stamp was listed for 25 000.00$ in my Unitrade catalogues from 1997 right up to 2003. Then in my 2007 catalogue it's listed at 150 000.00$ (I'm missing the 2004-06 catalogues so I don't exactly know when it went up).

So here's the question. Why the big increase in price (125 000$ in +/- 3 years).
