Scott 85, part of a set of 10 from 1897. Nice block. Really nice.
The stamp depicts a Malay Dhow, and they were recess printed by Waterlow. The vignette appears to have been reused from the 1894 set (or at least it is very similar). Gibbons gives two numbers, for two color choices, 102 black and brown-purple and 103 black and brown. 102 catalogs several times higher than 103. Both colors have perf varieties.
These appear to be the black and brown-purple, SG 102. Very nice: perf 13½-14 they're listed at £80 each, perf 16 £110 each, and perf 14½-15 at £48 each.
