I went to my favorite Post Office after work. My usual clerk, a collectionner, showed me his new price list. Without any notice to their employees, Post Canada is announcing new Definitive on the selling list. There was many customers but I saw there will be a 10$ Stamps and a 4˘ stamp. The issue date is at the beginning of October. Let's follow that.
