Colombia Red Cross Nurse Manuelita de la Cruz November 2, 1961 This set of two stamps were issued in memory of a Red Cross nurse Manuelita de la Cruz, who lost her life while helping victims during a severe flood in 1955. All mail in Colombia was supposed to include these stamps during the month of November, 1961.  |
