I don't collect this theme and I have very little about the Red Cross in my collection. Beside Laos stamps I already posted, I have this Semi-postal set from Hungary, designed by Tibor Gonczi Gebhardt (1902–1993), issued on March 1, 1944 during WWII. The catalogue described them as stamps for the Red Cross.

Anti-malaria stamps issued by Cambodia in 1962 were overprinted, surcharged and reissued on October 1, 1963 to publicize the centenary of the Red Cross:

FDC sent registered from Phnom-Penh to Trenton, USA. Arrival postmark on the back:

On April 29, 1945, US Army units liberated the Dachau concentration camp. That same day the survivors founded the Polish Dachau Committee.
Associates with the Polish Red Cross printed this Cinderella as a fundraiser.
The legend around the White Eagle, the national emblem of Poland, says in english: "POLISH POLITICAL PRISONERS OUT OF GRATITUDE" and on the White eagle is the USA flag
