A bit of philatelic trivia: What is the longest country name (in the western alphabet) to appear on a postage stamp? I don't know the answer, but a long one that comes to mind is Federated States of Micronesia, which has 27 letters. Anyone know longer ones?  |

Good one, Smauggie, but that has never appeared on the stamps that way. I am talking about what is the longest name that has been printed on the stamps.
