I will stand corrected, but yours cannot be 1854

The imperforate red penny was only printed

feb 1841
feb 1852
it has to be die 1

You better get confirmation though

No problem,

here is a 447, another version of 447 which I lovingly floated and dried and it stuck again... and another red penny my 3rd? for fun

not sure if that is close enought not sure what your looking for, I found its slot in my book.

Thanks Edwin, but your scans can improve by a higher
resolution yet.

With your halfpenny, if you look at the fraction
stroke, we can barely see plate "12" either side

I think 9 BeeSee,
Edwin's has certainly become huge :)
but lack's clarity.
I'm thinking scanning is an art form.
