I think these are Cinderellas rather than postage stamps ... but have no information about them. (Found the embossed edges a bit interesting.)

Spain Cinderellas:

Not embossed edges wt1, "saw tooth" rouletted serrated perforations

SPAIN
VINETOFILIA
AIRMAIL

1945 PRO MONTEPIO
(For the benefit fund collected by a society for its members)

GALVEZ page 392 lists these and states that they exist overprinted

MARRUECOS
TANGER
LISBOA

Sawtooth (serrated) rouletted.
"Sin Valor Postal" =without postal value

Gibbons stamp monthly

This should be the complete basic set
apart from the overprints.

Lisbon, Portugal, has always been my assumption. I don't recall seeing written confirmation of that. My Sanabria Air Post Catalogue is 1946, and these aren't in it. I assume they missed the publication cutoff, because I assume this is the sort of thing that would be there, otherwise.

Since these stamps are charity seals they would not be in sanabria but a good thought.
