From what I understand, this stamp is unused, but hinged.

Is it too off center to be worth anything?

Personally, I wouldn't take it without a steep discount. Just my own standards.

The creases are a worse problem than the centering.


If you end up with a 1/2 dozen or so in similar condition, put them in an auction, show both sides and describe them as seconds, start them at .99 cents. I've done it many times.....some do well some don't. Either way you'll get something for it.

it has more problems than the centering and that is without dipping. It is a filler.
