Are these completely ruined?

There should be 4 pages in the book, but there are only three also. All three are cut the same as the one shown.

Sorry for the poor scan of the stamps themselves. I did not want to fold the cover back any further.

When I first saw your subject line, I though it said "ruined by CAT

I'm sure this would be very collectible amongst booklet people.
