Can someone help me identify this issue, please?
With a Scott number if at all possible.
Thanks in advance.

In Scott, China/PRC #2204 (25Apr1991).

At the top, it's hard to read because of the surface scrape, but the left 2 characters (from right to left) read Jiangxi.

Thanks a lot.
In my 2005 edition, it is #2207, but I see a note that it is an expanding series and numbers are likely to change.

Yes it is that way up to the 2007 Scott. In my 2009 Scott, it is listed as #2204. However, there is no notice of a number change in the back of the catalog, so I assume it was renumbered in the 2008 catalog (I do not have that catalog with me to verify).
