i have purchased many high catalog stamps from dealers at fractions of catalog. How ? well am always looking for a find...if I go to a Netherlands or Guatemala dealer for a certain stamp of that country he may well want 50 to 100 percent of catalog...while someone specializing in British Commonwealth or United States stamps would be happy to get rid of the item which he does not particularly care about for 20 or 25 percent of catalog...ah how freely I give out my long years of hard earned knowledge..just like I saved 150 dollars on my truck tires between two vendors this week..it pays to shop around !!
