I will be curious to see if the 156 and 145 are really different.
the only way I know of to tell is the secret mark.
the 145 is worth more used then the 156...

the 156 looks like it has the secret mark, but so does the 145 at this resolution.. I'll be upset if the 145 is in fact a 156..
