Fort Plain, NY Precancel (Type 482 Or 704?)

According to TnT Album Pages, Fort Plain, NY only used type 482 or 704 precancels, yet this example doesn't seem to match either because of the spacing between the top line and the town name (probably closer to 482, though it is suggested that type commands a slightly higher catalog value than the latter.)



Would someone confirm my thoughts on this?
