reperfed on LHS? margins are narrower then other examples on the horizontal

Only based on the scan, the LHS actually looks OK to me.

It's the top half of the RHS that looks strange. Notice how many of the perfs look "serrated" in appearance, rather than an approximate "round" hole and "mesa" like teeth. While the teeth obviously should not be perfectly flat on top, look at how so many of the teeth on the RHS look like shark teeth. While that doesn't mean it's been reperfed, just compare it to the other 3 sides and you'll see how ugly it looks.

Now if it looked like that on all 4 sides, like the Finnish serpentines, then it's beautiful!

I agree. The right side is the only side that looks 'funny'
to my noobie eyes... Why would it be reperfed on just one side?

Most likely damaged, because some of the individual perfs (even in the upper RHS) still look good.
