Improperly cut? with nothing on obverse. Cannot ID the die. any thoughts. in group of others with 1914-1917 postmarks

A number of postal cards where sold as sheets which allowed collectors to cut the postal cards apart themselves and create oddities like the one above. I've come across several of these myself. It's probably a UX27.
