Given the denomination of 1.5 escudos I am guessing this is a revenue from Portugal Spain. The date is pretty clear May 28, 1873. Looks like the tamp says " . . . LaSanta and Sons" in Cadiz.





Edit: The denomination of Escudo threw me off. Spain used escudos in the early 1870's. Cadiz obviously is a city in Spain.
