1875 And 1879 Stamps Envelopes Dates?

Hi could you help determine if these are the rare 3 cent stamps...
Scott 169 and scott 194 Thanks Help if you can, Thanks...
The last to pics 1879 Thanks...some 1875 stamps were cut even though perforated, well thats what I got from a internet That I read..Thanks..


















The next pics is the 1876 dated front and back with the signatures and pin cancel with right side of stamp scissor cut.. thanks any input helpful. You guys are great..

Both the Continential (1875) and American (1879) special printings are normally a deep bluish green. Both were issued without gum. The 1875 issues were printed on a whiter paper making them easier to distinguish. The 1879 issues were printed on the same paper as the regular stamps. Based on the color, I would believe these to be regular issues.

I compared my pics I took with the original stamp they look way to light looking from my camera flash. I was wondering why would someone put all these signatures on a letter. I will retak the 1876 cover with the signatures you let me know. Thanks..
