I know of only one man who has attempted it,
and that was back in the 1970's.
Not sure where he published...maybe seven seas
I'll kick around in my hard drive and see if I have anything.

Yes Tony, I am also a member named stampway on StampBoards, for Australia information I always begin from there, last night I have searched but using "perforated with initial of States" as a keywords, only got few results. Today I used your way as keywords and got 600+ results on there, will continue to learn in the next few days.
