Ooh, a used $5 Franklin was up for bid in the stamp club auction last month. I think it hammered for $14. I was saving my money for a complete used set of Kansas overprints though.
this one cost me 1 dollar more then what yours went for. I don't feel bad, it is a very nice copy of the stamp. the centering is very fine and only a couple of short perfs.
