The 2010 Scott Stamp Values listings for those issues in the grade of VG totals $662 which puts the price at about 30% of CV. I grant you that a few grade out better than that but the pessimist in me likes to keep expectations low to account for any undescribed faults. If I were making the call, I'd consider cost vs. catalog based solely on the issues that I needed to fill spaces in my collection and would find the 30% range reasonable. I imagine that your calculus will also factor in your ability to sell any duplicates in your Wensey store.

i'm going to pass on it.. it is still for sale, if anyone wants it I can give you the link. it's a lot in an unsold auction.
I like the firsts ones in each row.. they are nice.. but I'm still recovering from a weekend "bender". so not today..
Thanks for the advice everyone..

I like the fact that I can look at something and think about it for awhile.. unless it's a screamingly good deal (like the revenues I got last week) I prefer to take my time.
