I cannot find stamp of which image is displayed below in my Stanley Gibbons catalogue. Does anybody know what the year of issue is, and other data like catalogue number etc.?

Best regards, Willem Nabuurs

It strikes me as interesting that the USPS chose such a high denomination for these sheets. If they had been issued at the current first class rate it would have been 13˘ I believe. Maybe 10˘.

The U.S. issued four (4) souvenir sheets in that series in 13 cent, 18 cent, 24 cent and 31 cent varieties for the different postage rates then in effect (1976) for various mail services.
