Hi Smauggie

Obviously, the examples you have scanned are not ordinary covers. I may be wrong here but I think that the items you have are from postal money order forms?? Maybe someone else in the forum can come up with more accurate information?

Was the card affixed and travel with the parcel? If not what was it's use? Thanks!
