Just picked up a booklet of 20 of Forever Stamps with this smeared print on the left side. Looks like it's a case of the ink hadn't dried thoroughly before they placed the booklets on top of each other.
I don't know if these are a common occurrence or if there of any philatelic interest in them, but thought I'd post them anyway.
Probably consider them EFO's?
