sorting some stamps stamps and noticed that one of them has a faint grill it is very hard to see (only be seen with shadow clearly) and apears to be incomplete now I mesure it as 13.5mm by 8mm I have got the best pics I can get and have marked the edges of the grill can anyone help

Probably a "F" grill 13x9mm 11-12x15-17 points. Would be Scott 92.
