These stamps are identify J31-32-33 in the album but i'm not sure. Is it ok?

J31-J33 would be unwatermarked perf 12. The 1cent and 3cent don't look perf 12.

I think it is 11 for 1 and 3 cents and 12 for 2 cents.

If the 1 and 3 cent varieties are perf. 11 then they would be Scott Catalog #'s J61 and J63, basically worth minimum catalog value.

The 2 cent variety, assuming perf. 12 would either be J30 (no watermark ... a relatively rare item) or a J39 (with watermark 191) or J46 (with watermark 190). The J39 and J46 are the most common varieties of the perf. 12.

I don't see watermark on 2 cents but wm are not always easy to see.

Centering may not be exact, but that 2c is a very attractive stamp.
Something about the color is very nice...
