Is radar serial number on a stock transfer stamp is intersting for a collector?

I like this one with only 2 numbers (centered).

...hence the word "palindrome" cdnum.

Being as the first letter is a prefix,
my own palindrome.....

eg: if zero is infinity, is zero a number?

best explained as the number between -1 and 1
