You can get a used 2007 Vol 3 on Amazon.com for $18.95 plus $3.99 shipping.

If you wait it out long enough good deals on ebay for a set a couple years old is doable. I got the entire 2009 including specialized for under $100.00, I just had to do it 1 volume at a time and got a few for around $10.00

Here is an example, as of this posting, volume 2 of the set. Bid ends in 6 hours from now, 0 bids so far, sitting at $9.99

I think that on books, the $3.99 is standard on Amazon. Not that bad for a hefty book. However, not so good on a .01 paperback.
