Never seen this before, but it's an interesting variant on the standard Belgium stamps used after liberation from the Nazis. "Wallonie" is Wallonia in English, ie the French-speaking part of Belgium (as opposed to Flanders, where they speak mainly Flemish).
So presumably this stamp was issued by the "Wallonie Libre" group just after WW2? (see the link from peterethio above)
I don't get many Cinderellas, but in a bunch of stamps I just opened, there were 3 of these Wallones and a societe hygienique (am told it's a perfume Cinderella). I am finding them quite interesting as well as the stories behind them. Thanks.
