It looks to me like the hyphen has been 'blued out' !
I remember we saw one of these at Stampex.......before the beers!

Correct Londonbus - We did see one before the beers, or could it have been the "mouse" flaw which I still don't have (hmmmz maybe we shouldn't have beers). The hyphen missing is on row 2/13 and you can see the additional blue ink on the value tablet and covering part of the K. There is another Hyphen missing on row 4/17 but there is no damage to the K and part of the hyphen is still visible.
