Came across this pair from Wildwood, N.J. This has the same fonts as L-2 HS and L-4 IHS, but the distance between lines on this example is 13 mm. - wider than the examples in the catalog.

Just curious...is the dated NAPC overprint "National Association of Precancel Collectors"?
